After sparking a passion for storytelling at a young age, Kiwa Lowe has been writing for almost twenty years. She is a Canadian-born writer who mainly writes novellas, but also dabbles in short fiction, screenplays, and poetry. In her spare time, she enjoys video games, watching horror movies, and spoiling her cat.
Some of her strongest inspirations are the TV shows Firefly, Cowboy Bebop, Space Dandy, and the first book in the Expanse series, Leviathan Wakes by James S. A. Corey.
Drawn to the horror genre, she can't help but put creepy and gross elements in every story, and blending in genres like mystery and romance.

Company agents Marie and Wallace Dresden, a psychic medium and a warding expert, respectively, are sent to investigate claims of a haunted mansion located in the Okanagan, also known as BC's wine country. What they imagine to be a false haunting quickly becomes real when Marie is trapped with the client family and must investigate alone for the first time.

They rounded the final corner, nearly tripping on their own feet as they rushed clumsily into the foyer. Marie saw Wallace waiting for her on the front steps, just outside the door, and a wave of relief washed over her. He was right there.
She shouldn't have slowed down, because when she reached out to hug him, the grand doors slammed shut in front of her.
